Dries Van Noten: Men's Show Spring/Summer 2019

Designer: Dries Van NotenInspiration: an explosion of colours and an arty touch, with these big undulations coming from the work of Verner Panton, a Danish architect and designer from the seventies. The designer asked to use the prints which he extended and recoloured digitally. A collection that also calls for a new era as several days ago, the PUIG group took a majority stake of DVN's house.Collection: strong colours are used, stunning, ranging from blue to orange, red, pink and purple do not make you forget the clothing, since Dries Van Noten takes advantage of this to offer simple and effective basics such as big t-shirts, fluid trousers as tracksuits or jeans, supple tailored trousers, and even ultra-light windbreakers. Several outfits play with lightness made of a bright paper textured effect which seems to almost fly away. To note: the print of a hand which appears on a shirt and jumper+ The swimming trunks, a must have for summer+ The colourful 'messenger' bags.
