The 61st madrid fashion week who celebrates their 30 years of existence over 5 days, with 44 brands present on the catwalks that showed the complete diversity of spanish design.here is a selection of labels featuring the most representative and the most eloquent. starting with the most well known internationally, agatha ruiz from prada, with her colourful fashion and her mix match of patterns: polka dots, stripes and her famous hearts. a fashion that is always fun and full of energy.a snow covered forest as the decor, for the sophisticated urban warriors at alvarno. the designer duo with an international career arnaud maillard and alvora castejon (also present on the parisian catwalk for the azzaro line) offer their own label, in warm materials with tartan, crushed velvet and feminine silhouettes with long evening gowns for the evening, to animal prints. at duyos, a journey to the 80s with a fashion that shines and is ready to go dancing in the clubs. the prints and transparency, represent perfectly this spanish designer. we find graphic effects again with the play of pleating for teresa elbig, a huge trend for this fashion week and the little silhouettes with flared skirts.the world of dance is accentuated with fine lace at juan vidal with the theme of movement outlined with romance. the nude colours and floral prints symbolize the strength and fragility of this art.juana martin started her career in 1999. masculine-feminine and the minimalism have always been part of her dna. for her winter collection, grey and animal prints are the strong points of her work.the first participation by moisés nieto on the spanish catwalks throw back to 2010. the materials structure the whole collection: tweed, jacquard, and lurex. the patterns appear in xxl versions, like this graphic houndstooth. at amaya arzuaga, the volumes, draping and pleating demonstrate all the experience of this designer who already presented her collection on the catwalks in london and in paris. an avant-garde designer almost like an actor and painter, david delfin loves powerful images by combining genres and boundaries. doc martens on the feet, the man dares with mixing up pleated skirts and superpositions.ailanto is inspired by bauhaus, with a work revolving around patch worked prints and geometric patterns.the 70s is at the heart of the collection by juanjo oliva, which the actress rosy de palma loves the designs. floral or animal prints, shiny and lamé materials, symbolising all the positive energy of these flourishing years. music from the show
