thom browne : i grew up wearing cricket sweaters and cricket striped jackets and for me i wanted to show how it could work into the world of moncler and the importance of gamme bleu in fabric development is the reason for an all white collection, so i hope you see a lot of development in white fabrics.
i hope you see all the textures in the different fabrics and all the fabric development and i think that was the main reason why i wanted it to be all white, to really show the importance.
moncler and remo were a very elegant and really sophisticated company and he’s such a sophisticated person and in every collection, but specifically in this one, there was a real sophistication and confidence in using all white and i hope that came through.
