Lusso Italia: possibile collocazione in Borsa per 5-6 società

Sono cinque o sei le società italiane del lusso e della moda che nell'arco dei prossimi due anni potrebbero sbarcare a Piazza Affari. Lo ha detto Luca Peyrano, responsabile Primary Market di Borsa italiana, a margine dell'evento Luxury&Finance organizzato da Piazza Affari in collaborazione con Vogue, con il supporto di Bank of America Merrill Lynch, JP Morgan e Mediobanca.

"Le società con cui c'è un dialogo sereno aperto sono cinque o sei", ha detto Peyrano a proposito di eventuali nuove quotazioni del settore, senza fare nomi. "Quanto alla tempistica di possibili operazioni, "dipende dal mercato, ma se tutto va bene un biennio è un arco temporale credibile", ha aggiunto.

Peyrano ha inoltre sottolineato che potenzialmente sono un centinaio le società del lusso e della moda che hanno le caratteristiche per essere quotate.

All'evento hanno partecipato le quotate Cucinelli, Luxottica, Marcolin, Piquadro, Poltrona Frau, Ferragamo, Tod's, Yoox e le non quotate Pomellato e Stefano Ricci.

Sono stati richiesti oltre 500 meeting tra il management delle società partecipanti e gli investitori in rappresentanza di 74 case d'investimento provenienti da America, Asia ed Europa.
