Lana: Textile Exchange svela il 1° standard responsabile

L’ONG Textile Exchange ha svelato la prima versione del suo Responsible Wool Standard, destinato a fornire agli industriali una label per la lana ottenuta nel rispetto degli animali, degli spazi di allevamento e della tracciabilità.

Il progetto è stato lanciato lo scorso anno e Textile Exchange attende ora di conoscere l’opinione dei professionisti del settore sul documento, che di conseguenza potrebbe conoscere qualche modifica, prima di una pubblicazione ufficiale, stimata per il mese prossimo.

Diversi marchi e grandi gruppi del settore sono favoreli al progetto. Responsible Wool Standard è passato anche tra le mani di Kering, Gap, H&M, PVH, Tesco, The North Face o ancora Patagonia.
