EBay: i ricavi balzano del 7% nel secondo trimestre

EBay ha annunciato un balzo del 7% nei ricavi netti, spinti da una domanda più alta nel business di Paypal, il cui spin off è previsto per il 17 luglio. La società ha anche annunciato un miliardo addizionale per il suo programma di buyback.


L'utile netto è sceso a 83 milioni di dollari, o 7 centesimi per azione, nel secondo trimestre che si è chiuso al 30 giugno, da 676 milioni, o 53 centesimi per azioni, dell'anno precedente. I ricavi netti sono saliti a 4,38 miliardi di dollari da 4,10 miliardi.
