Roberto Cavalli- WOMENSWEAR collection Autumn-Winter 2016/17 in Milan (with interview)

Designer: Peter DundasFocus on: the sensual silhouettes in transparent lace embroidered with sparkle, on velvet jackets adorned with butterflies and other patterns, the flared trousers, the fur and the python patchwork, the Brandenburg jackets, the gold lamé trousers, the tiger striped skirt!Colour: a wide-ranging palette with shades of blue, purple, yellow, green and goldNote: A gorgeous, luxurious collection, which looks into detail and makes the women desirable with all the couture work on the fabrics and embroideries. Interview from Peter Dundas:The collection was all about creating a modern wardrobe for today’s woman, which includes all the elements that I love, like rich embroideries and fur, but then counterbalanced with t-shirts, jeans and denim done in my way and quite a lot of knit to give the wardrobe a sort of ease. All my friends told me that they wanted length in the clothing, so I thought if I have to do length, I’ll do it with transparency too so we will be able to see the body. I can’t imagine life without seeing the body, so that’s how our silhouette came about.Music of the show, (donot reuse for more than 7 days after the show)
